We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders to Mainland UK.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours.
Delivery (UK Mainland)
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (First Class). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days (delivery aims are not guaranteed)
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands
At the moment we ship to UK mainland only.
If you’re in Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or Islands, please contact us at hello@silksory.com and we’ll confirm availability and a delivery cost before you order.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we can resend it once you cover the additional shipping cost.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by peak periods or carrier delays. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email hello@sillsory.com
Placing an order
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address, this just means we've received your order in our system and we've pre-authorised your payment method ready for your purchase.
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into:
- Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder
- There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout
- Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
If you would like to make a purchase from outside the United Kingdom please get in contact and we can quote delivery fees.
