How does shipping work?

Free UK mainland delivery. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours(Mon–Fri). Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

 Is the sleep mask adjustable / is it blackout?

The strap isn’t adjustable. It’s designed mainly for comfort and as a consistent night-time cue rather than total blackout.

What if it’s not for me?

That’s exactly why we offer The 30‑Day Reset Promise. If it’s not right for you email us within 30 days of delivery for return instructions. Once your return is received and checked we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

A couple of notes: For hygiene reasons, items must be unused and unwashed (unless faulty). We recommend using tracked/recorded delivery for returns.
