"I have sensory sensitivities and from time to time I struggle to sleep. The silksory pillow case is so smooth and comforting and gentle for me. It helps to calm me which aids falling asleep and is comforting to me if I wake up during the night. I use the eye mask for its additional calming effects, especially if the room isn't dark enough to sleep in. I take them with me when I go to hotels and airbnbs- they accompany me everywhere :) I absolutely love them"
